Your shift setup stays in your browser
The calendar requires no account. The name, rotation and year you enter are stored only in the address bar of your browser, so you can share or bookmark your plan. Nothing is sent to us when you use the calendar.
Signing up for the calendar integration
If you ask to be notified when the integration with Google Calendar, Outlook or iCal is ready, we process your email address, which calendar you chose, the language you used and the shift setup you had entered.
- Purpose: to notify you when the integration is ready, and to send you emails about MinSkiftplan.
- Legal basis: consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)).
- Retention: until you withdraw your consent. Send us an email and we will delete your data.
Anonymous click statistics
We count how many people press each calendar button, so we know which integration to build first. The count contains no personal data.
Cookies and local storage
Necessary storage is always used, it only remembers your consent choice. Google Analytics cookies are set only after you consent in the banner. You can change your choice at any time via "Change consent" at the bottom of the page.
